Welcome to my Art Space,

Hi there, I'm Julie Weston, a passionate mixed media artist based in Warwick Queensland Australia. 

Inspired by the natural world, my work explores themes of landscape, colour, and the whimsical beauty of botanical life. Through vibrant hues and playful compositions, I aim to evoke a sense of joy and wonder in each piece.

My artistic journey employs a variety of techniques incorporating acrylic paints, hand painted collage papers, acrylic pens and also into the creation of textile items from upcycled clothing and discarded vintage material, along with my art themed homewares and accessories, I weave together the threads of my experiences, influences, and artistic passions, creating a tapestry that speaks to the beauty of memory and the power of imagination.

The rich colours and earthy tones of the Australian landscapes and streetscapes deeply inspire me, infusing my art with a sense of place and nostalgia. I am so passionate and inspired by the rich patinas of the old and worn, broken dreams, and memories of being raised in the 60's and 70's Australia.

Each piece is an invitation to embark on a journey through time and emotion, celebrating the vibrant spirit of life itself.
